Our Journey: Building Leaders Since 2018

Our Mission & Identity The Steel Falcons (FRC Team #7220) were established in 2018 at Livingston Christian Schools to inspire young leaders in science and technology. Built on a Christ-centered identity and guided by Proverbs 27:17 (“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another”), we compete at the highest levels with industry mentors developing students’ technical and soft skills. Our Track Record Since “Robby 1” debuted in 2019, we’ve become consistent contenders in Michigan’s ultra-competitive district. We qualified for the 2023 World Championship and won the 2025 Creativity Award by Rockwell Automation, ranking top 160 of 528 teams. Forging Future Leaders Every student gains technical skills, self-confidence, and focus. With our sights set on the World Championship, we continue forging the next generation of leaders.
